WHO WE ARE
Here at Phoenix 3097, we know first hand how demanding it can be working as a first responder. The mental challenges and trauma that we all have experienced, leave most of us struggling to assemble some sense of peace that it seems we can never find. The well known stigma that surrounds our careers leaves us isolated and vulnerable to fruitless endeavors to end our pain.  We are here to break the stigma that surrounds our career and offer full service support that is confidential and free. The mental health of our brothers and sisters is our top priority. Since our inception, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to destroy the stigma that surrounds our profession through education and peer counseling.  The Phoenix is made up of first responders from different backgrounds who are not only first responders, but also peer counselors with specialties in CISM, NLP, Trauma Support Services , Addiction/Recovery with the ability to refer to local licensed counselors who also have a first responder backgrounds. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

“It’s mental health, not a mountain that you climb or a hurdle that you jump, it’s something that you live with in an ongoing way.”
